An investigation has been launched after a man died in a “crushing incident” at a farm in Fraddon last week.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has confirmed the construction worker in his early 30s died at Penare Farm when a temporary structure collapsed.
An animal waste processing bio gas plant was being built the farm.
Police have also been called in to investigate, with the exact circumstances of the man’s death still unknown.
