Jamie Hanscombe, aged 23 from Launceston, was due to appear before Bodmin Magistrates Court this morning, (Friday, June 6).

The 25 year old man who was arrested has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Police arrested two men on suspicion of possessing controlled drugs with intent to supply following a stop check in Cornwall.

Officers arrested the two men at around 6.45pm on Wednesday 4th June following a stop check on a Fiat van which was travelling on the A30 near Launceston.

Following a search of the vehicle, officers recovered quantities of what is believed to be both Class A and Class B controlled drugs in the form of white powder and cannabis.

Following a subsequent search of a property in Callington police seized further amounts of suspected cannabis.
