Arsonist behind digger blaze in Portreath
Firefighters were called to the Portreath area this morning after a report of a JCB on fire.
One appliance from Camborne was mobilised just after 7.15am and the crew found the vehicle well alight.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a high pressure hosereel.
Arson was suspected and Devon and Cornwall police have been informed.
