Support for seven new homes in Penryn... if affordable housing cash is handed over
Plans for a development of seven houses at Vinery Meadows in Penryn have been supported by Penryn Town Council.
Councillors voted in favour of the proposal by Borough Developments, with the proviso that they would like guarantees that the company would contribute 40 percent of the profit margins on the development for the provision of affordable housing.
