St John Ambulance has been granted just shy of £310 from Helston Town Council towards the cost of its coverage on Flora Day.

The council has paid a share of the overall cost for the last three years.

Town clerk Chris Dawson told member that the ambulance volunteers provided an “excellent service every year.”
