Trail date set as Gunwalloe woman denies criminal damage
A Gunwalloe woman will face trial at Truro Magistrates Court after pleading not guilty to a charge of damaging a door in Redruth.
Charlotte Parfitt, 32, of Chyvarloe Farm House, is charged with criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
Ms Parfitt denies that in Redruth on Christmas Eve last year, without lawful excuse, she damaged a door belonging to Anne Vernon, intending to destroy or damage such |property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or |damaged.
A jury trial is due to take place in Truro Magistrates Court on June 2.
