Date set for Budock Water Road homes decision
Plans for 153 new homes on land off Bickland Water Road in Falmouth are due to go before Cornwall Council’s west sub-area planning committee in Penzance on February 10.
The application from Midas Commercial Developments Ltd, which also includes the creation of estate roads and an area of public open space, has prompted 12 online letters of objection. Falmouth Town Council and Budock Parish Council have also lodged objections to the proposals.
