300 hours of unpaid work after Christmas Eve assault on woman
A Carleen man must carry out 300 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months after admitting a Christmas Eve assault.
Christopher Larry Thomas, 63, from Chy Todden Terrace, pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm to Lisa Thomas on December 24 in Redruth.
He was also ordered to pay £400 compensation, together with a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 Crown Prosecution Service costs, by magistrates in Truro.
