A man who gave his address in court as RNAS Culdrose has admitted sending a photo on Facebook that was of an “indecent or grossly offensive nature.”
The photo was of such a nature that Paul Powell was ordered to pay his victim £200 compensation by magistrates in Truro.
The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge of sending the photo to a woman to cause distress or anxiety.
The charge related to an event at Windsor Court, Wendron Street, Helston on or about November 17 last year.
Powell was also fined £300 and ordered to pay the court a victim surcharge of £30 and Crown Prosecution Service costs of £85.
