The Met Office has warned of the possibility of ice, with a 'yellow warning' in place for wide swathes of Cornwall and Devon.
The warning comes as a combination of clear spells and light winds could see road temperatures to fall below freezing on Monday evening, overnight and into Tuesday morning.
This could allow icy stretches to form on untreated surfaces. The public are advised to take extra care and be aware of the risk of some minor travel disruption.
The warning is valid from 5pm today, Monday, January 13 to 10am on Tuesday, January 14.
