Arson suspected in Truro car fire
Firefighters were called to Penweathers Lane in Truro this morning after a report of smoke in the distance
Six firefighters on one applaince from Truro were sent to investigate in the Treyew area just after 6am and the crew found a car well alight on Penweathers Lane near to the railway bridge.
One hose reel and two breathing apparatus were used to extinguish the fire.
Devon and Cornwall Police have been informed of this incident.
