Community “walks” through Helston will begin again in October - and they will all be carried out from the comfort of a seat.
The Baden and Martin History Group is to meet again on Wednesday, October 9, the first session to be held after a summer break.
They will then continue on the second Wednesday of each month, between 10am and noon at the Methodist chapel hall in Coinagehall Street.
Each session looks at the history and landmarks of a different area of Helston, with next month's focus to be on Meneage Road and its features including the cemetery, Nansloe Manor and Helston Community Hospital.
The group was set up by Helston historians Baden Christophers and Martin Matthews two years ago and has proved popular.
Entry is free but tea and coffee available to buy and anyone who does not want refreshments is encouraged to put a £1 into the pot, with the proceeds going to the chapel.
