Appeal launched over 'cramped' Grenville Road home refusal
1:00pm Tuesday 10th September 2013 in Cornwall
The developer behind plans to build a new flat to the side of 56 Grenville Road in Falmouth is appealing against Cornwall Council’s decision to refuse his application.
Justin Paull, of Tredynas Road in Falmouth, has lodged an appeal with the Government’s Planning Inspectorate which is to be determined through written representations.
In refusing the application, Cornwall Council claimed the new home would be too cramped, with not enough space around it or the existing building which would be “harmful to the appearance and prevailing spacious character of the area.”
