Car crash stops Wendron traffic

A car that rolled onto its side caused traffic to back up at Wendron last Thursday evening (January 24).
The silver Peugeot 206 blocked the B3297 at the junction to Rowe's Lane, near to the New Inn, resulting in traffic build up in both directions.
Some vehicles were redirected onto the Falmouth road, via the back lanes.
A police spokesman said the driver and their passenger were able to get out of the car and a recovery vehicle was organised to tow it away
