Faulty traffic lights in Truro causing chaos

Faulty traffic lights outside an old Truro secondary site are said to be causing “traffic chaos” this morning.
The lights outside the former Richard Lander School are reported to be flickering, causing major confusion.
Drivers in the area are advised to be aware of the problem and take extra care when passing.
