Violent town centre robbery in Newquay: CCTV of suspect

Police in the Newquay area have released CCTV images of a man wanted in connection with a violent town centre robbery.

The robbery occurred during the early hours of Wednesday, August 22 in Newquay. The victim was assaulted and cash from his wallet stolen.

He is described as a white male, 6’5” tall, well built, weighing approx 16 to18 stone, with a grade 1 or 2 shaved head and about 20 years old. He was wearing camouflage knee length shorts and a grey t-shirt.

He is believed to be linked to Newquay and frequent the local bars and nightclubs.
