Somerset's Poppy Appeal needs your help
IF you can spare any time, this year’s Poppy Appeal urgently needs YOU.
A recruitment day is being held tomorrow (October 20) from 9.30am to 4pm next to the Market House in Taunton, or you can call into the Poppy Shop at 1 Church Square between Monday and November 10 (except Sundays) from 10am to 4pm, or phone 07585-621769.
Somerset’s Poppy Appeal was launched on Wednesday on Weston beach when organisers attempted to break the Guinness World Record for the largest human formation of a poppy.
