A £33MILLION community hospital is taking shape in Bridgwater, as this photo taken this week shows.

The hospital, being built off Bower Lane, will include 30 in-patient beds and an out-patient clinic, and is expected to deal with 62,000 patients a year when it opens in 2014.

30 in-patient beds, is that all?

Seems like a complete waste of money in that case.

At the rate things are going, we will need a J23a on the M5 for all the extra traffic - maybe that should have been on the plans right from the start bearing in mind Morrisons, Kings Down and the new hospital
