Praise for King Alfred School's long-serving staff
SIX members of staff at King Alfred School in Highbridge who have clocked up more than 150 years between them were honoured at a ceremony.
Office manager Lynne Bawden, head of learning support Sandra Lloyd, head of drama Isobel Morgan, PE coordinator Sarah Mussett, head of year seven Helen Pardey and head of year ten Nigel Storey were recognised at a ceremony held at Dillington House near Ilminster for people who have served the local authority at least 25 years.
King Alfred head teacher Andy Owen said: “It was a superb evening and a great occasion. We are very proud of all six staff.”
