Spillers cook up a treat

CHEFS cooked up a five-star treat for visitors to the Spillers cooker and kitchen showroom.
Hundreds of people attended the Ultimate Cooking Experience at the showroom at Chard Business Park and saw more than a dozen chefs give demonstrations.
Among them was celebrity television chef Mike Robinson, who has appeared in shows such as Saturday Kitchen, Ready Steady Cook and the Heaven’s Kitchen series.
A host of exhibitors showed off cupcakes, cider and pottery, among other goodies.
Mercedes of Taunton displayed a fleet of prestige cars for visitors to see as they entered the showroom.
A spokesman for Spillers said they would like to thank everyone who attended to make the open day such a success.
