Saddle stones stolen from Winsham

THE tops of two large saddle stones have been stolen from a private drive in Back Street, Winsham.

The theft, which happened in the week beginning September 2, was the latest in a series of incidents in and around Winsham over the past few months.

Villagers are urged to report suspicious sightings to police.

If you really do mean saddle stones, I can only feel sorry for the horse. Perhaps you mean staddle stones?
