CHARD'S 2012 Carnival royalty.
CHARD Carnival Committee crowned its 2012 Carnival Royalty at the Lordleaze Hotel.
The 2011 Miss Chard, Beckie Orchard, and Princess, Jessica Lacey, handed over the crown to their successors – Becky Higgins as Miss Chard and Helen Salter as Carnival Princess.
Becky and Helen are expected to be at the Chard Children’s Carnival on Saturday, October 6, and then to take centre stage for the main Chard Carnival itself seven days later.
