RECENT cases dealt with by Taunton Magistrates’ Court include:
Daniel John Deeprose, 26, of Brian Mooney Close, Chard, possession in public of a knife, 14 days prison; used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, 14 days prison (consecutive). (G).
RECENT cases dealt with by South Somerset Magistrates’ Court in Yeovil include: Vicky Everett, of Barn Close, Crewkerne, was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £60 costs for a parking offence in Yeovil.
Kerri Hoare, of Mill Lane, Chard, was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £60 costs for a parking offence in Yeovil.
Teressa Finn, 43, of Mintons, Chard, was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £60 costs for failing to have a colour television licence.
Monica Maia, 33, of Montague Way, Chard, was fined £37 and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £30 costs for failing to have a colour television licence.
Peter Olakiewicz, 28, of Holyrood Street, Chard, was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £60 costs for failing to have a colour television licence.
Claire Rowe, 33, of Cowen Close, Crewkerne, was fined £400 and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £60 costs for failing to have a colour television licence.
Anthony Sartin, 29, of Southmead Crescent, Crewkerne, was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £60 costs for failing to have a colour television licence.
