Erik Garland, who died in the collision at Bishop's Hull
A TAXI driver has appeared in court charged with causing death by careless driving.
Brendan Cox, 33, of Enmore Road, Taunton, appeared at Taunton Deane Magistrates' Court today (September 5) accused of causing the death of motorcyclist Erik Garland, 25, who died in a crash at Silk Mills Road on March 21.
Mr Cox did not enter a plea and will appear at the same court again on October 31.
