Chard medical centre receives praise

A PART-TIME care worker has thanked staff at Tawstock Medical Centre in Chard for looking after her father before he died.
Mary Gadd, of Axeford, thanked the centre for looking after Frank Merrington from Colyton, during the final stages of cancer.
Mary said: “They were fantastic – wonderful and so personable. People are always quick to criticise – but when credit is due, you have to give it.”
