Police are appealing for help in finding a “vulnerable” 81-year-old man who may have travelled to Truro from his home in the St Austell area.
Thomas Richard, who police said was “vulnerable due to medical reasons,” was last seen at his home in St Stephen at around 8.30am today.
He is described as white, 5ft 4ins tall, of stocky build with short, grey thinning hair. When last seen he was wearing a dark suit, grey mac, black shoes and a green cap.
A police spokesman added: “He may appear to be slightly confused.”
Anyone who sees a man matching this description has been asked to call police on 101, quoting log number 193 of December 28, 2011.
