PUPILS from North Newton Primary School welcomed a Somerset author to talk about his latest book.
Joffre White, from Frome, enchanted lucky year four and six students with his new amphibious book, Frog, and held a writing workshop.
He inspired the children with ideas on how to use their imaginations to bring stories to life.
The enthusiastic pupils wrote about their own invented super heroes and villains.
Mr White ended the day by signing copies of Frog for the pupils.
