The nation’s favourite animated dog Gromit will get a new sidekick when a post office worker from the Truro branch helps him unveil this year’s exciting new Christmas stamps.
The inventor’s faithful friend and post office staff will reveal giant versions of the new festive stamps featuring the multi academy award-winning Wallace and Gromit.
Truro Post Office is getting in the Christmas spirit with members of staff taking part in the Santa Mile fun run on Sunday, November 21 at Boscawen Park. The run, organised by the Rotary Club of Truro is raising funds for Ella’s Memory which supports parents who have lost a baby.
Issued tomorrow, the stamps feature the global screen stars going about their Christmas duties with the first class stamp showing Gromit posting Christmas cards.
