Dozens of fitness fanatics at Carn Brea Leisure Centre in Pool donned bright pink attire to take part in a charity fundraising event.
The leisure centre opened its doors to host a two-hour exercise session for Support Cancer Research and Breast Cancer Awareness.
Around 65 people made a £2 donation to attend the pink aerobics event, raising a total of just under £200.
Gym and studio manager Amelia Blackford said: “As a charity ourselves we know how important fundraising is and so it was great to see dozens of people doing aerobics wearing bright pink clothing. We even had one man turn up in a pink tutu.”
The event featured taster sessions of the popular Les Mills Body Training System classes, Body Jam, Body Combat, Body Attack and Body Balance mixed into one session, giving participants the chance to sample the different classes the centre offers.
It is the third pink aerobics event that the leisure centre has run, following the success of similar charity fundraisers over the last two years.
