Witness appeal for armed in Bridgwater
AN investigation into an armed robbery in Bridgwater has been launched by police.
A cashier at South West News, North Street was threatened by a man with a knife who escaped with cigarettes from the shop at around 1pm on August 14.
He ran off in the direction of Wembdon Road.
Detectives believe the man in this image might have important information about the incident.
Anyone who recognises this man or has information which could help the investigation is asked to ring Avon and Somerset Constabulary on 0845-4567000 or Crimestoppers on 0800-555111.
