MORE than 500 people gathered to enjoy scrumptious food and drink under a huge marquee to celebrate this year's Mark Harvest Home.
Salted beef, tasty salad and traditional bread rolls were on offer during the lunch along with beers, wines and cider.
The RAFA Concert Band provided the musical backdrop during lunch.
Visitors also danced long into the night thanks to entertainment from the Planet Abba tribute act and Funk Soul Brothers.
Mark Harvest Home secretary Mike Peters said: “It was a bit damp but the day went really well.
“We had three goes at the children's sports event because of the weather but we managed to get most of the races done.
“I would like to thank all the ladies who helped provide the food and the committee for helping to organise it. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.”
