STEVE Redwood with a hard hitting 56 led Barrington to a five-wicket victory over Evercreech in the Shrubbery Hotel Somerset League Division One game on Saturday (June 15).
Evercreech finished on 160 all out, but Barrington finished on 162-5 following a knock of 31 from Indian all-rounder Surendar Dos and Shaun French 34.
Skipper French said afterwards that in the rain restricted game they only had 33 overs to get the runs, but some postive cricket saw them home after only 18 overs.
