LEAGUE leaders Ilminster were given a fright by rock bottom Westbury in the West of England Premier League Bristol and Somerset Division game on Saturday (June 15).
After they had Westbury in a hopeless position at 88-9, Ilminster found they had a battle on their hands as they slumped to 39-4 with key batsmen back in the pavilion.
But a positive stand of 36 by skipper Craig Rice (18) and Matthew Burfield (17 not out) turned the game around for Ilminster in the wet and gloom at their home ground.
