THE curate of Ilminster Parish Church, the Rev Vickie Goodman, gave her last service at the Minster on Sunday (June 16), ending four years of ministry in the town.
She will become the Rector of Blagdon, Ubley and Compton Martin in north Somerset and will be replaced in Ilminster by Erica Scott in August.
The Ilminster curacy was her first posting with the church and Mrs Goodman said she had become very attached to the town.
