MALCOLM Holloway, veteran skipper and popular talisman of the Somerset Profile Rebels, has lost his place in the side for Friday's 7.30pm home match with Sheffield Tigers.
He has been replaced by Adam Allott, a highly rated, Buxton-based teenager who won the inaugural Somerset Open Championship at the Oak Tree Arena two years ago.
The dropping of Holloway, who has been struggling in recent matches, means that Steve Bishop is now the only survivor of the Rebels' successful Conference League side last season.
