A free and confidential information and advice service for young people is looking for volunteers.
Camborne Share, a drop-in advice shop at Basset Road, Camborne, now deals with an average of 200 enquiries from young people aged between 13 and 25 each month. The centre is open from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4.30pm
"Young people come in with many different issues that all relate to independent living," said Amanda Congdon, the project's deputy co-ordinator.
"These range from basic housing needs to managing finances, sexual health, education and training needs, and benefit and employment advice.
"We aim to provide the support a young person needs to make informed choices and to realise their chosen options."
Anyone interested in helping out is urged to call 01209 613782.
