A BUSINESS event is promising to bring a bit of New York to Ilminster next week.
The free ‘jelly’ session – named after its creators in The Big Apple who discussed ideas over jelly beans – will offer people who run their businesses from home the chance to share their thoughts with like-minded people at The Monks Yard in Horton Cross next Thursday.
Interested business home workers can pop into the special event anytime between 10am and 5pm.
Fiona Wilson, from Emmersons information management consultants, who set up the group, said she wanted to create more communication between home-based businesses.
She told the News: “Jelly is a friendly way for people to get out of their home office for a change of scene, a good chat and a shot of inspiration.
“It’s a great event to be involved with – informal and productive.”
Fiona Wilson, from Emmersons, and Dean Holling, from The Monks Yard, are pictured toasting the new Jelly drop-in group for business home workers.
