A HIGHBRIDGE reflexologist has attempted to leave the competition standing - by writing a book about feet!
Polly Hall, from Clover Way, has just released her first book, titled The Art Of Foot Reading, and hopes people will now take steps to learn more about the part of the body they walk on.
The author, 34, told the Weekly News: “I do reflexology, but specialise in foot reading.
“It is a bit more in depth and looks at the foot as a representative of the whole person.
“People can learn more about how feet reflect back what kind of person they are.
“You are reflecting your self-conscious being.”
The book is a culmination of Polly's study of feet over many years and she also teaches foot reading workshops all over the UK.
Her work has been praised by those in the industry, being called 'a must have book for every walk of life', and Polly now wants to share her experience with readers.
She added: “Personality traits can be read just by looking at someone's feet and this book is designed to show people how to read other's feet without any prior knowledge.
“Insight into what a person is like will become clear using visual clues on the feet and interpreting them as signs and indicators.”
