Ryanair offering 1-million £1 seats!


AIRLINE Ryanair has announced that it will add one new Boeing 737-800 aircraft and open five new routes at its Bristol Airport base from February 2010.

This brings Ryanair’s investment in Bristol to five aircraft worth over $350 million.

The five new routes from Bristol to Faro, Gdansk, Treviso, Palma and Valencia and increased frequencies to Malaga and Malta will increase Ryanair’s annual traffic at Bristol to over 1.3 million which will sustain 1,300 local jobs.

Ryanair celebrated the announcement of this further expansion of its Bristol base, by releasing one million £1 seats for travel across its European network from mid-December until the end of January which are available for booking before midnight tonight (Friday, November 20) on www.ryanair.com which can be accessed by clicking on the link on this page of our website.

Ryanair’s Laszlo Tamas said: “Bristol celebrates its five Ryanair aircraft and five new routes from February 2010.

"These new flights go on sale now. With a total of 35 low fare routes from Bristol this summers travellers in the South West can beat the recession by choosing Ryanair’s guaranteed lowest fares and no fuel surcharges to exciting destinations all over Europe.

"Ryanair’s 1.3 million passengers will sustain 1,300 jobs locally in Bristol in 2010.

“To celebrate further expansion at Bristol, Ryanair is releasing one million £1 seats for travel across Europe from mid-December until the end of January which are available for booking before midnight tonight.

"Seats on the new routes from Bristol are available from £38 for booking from tomorrow until midnight Friday, November 27, for travel until May 2010.”
