FESTIVE pantomime fun returns to the Octagon Theatre in Yeovil this Christmas season with traditional favourite Dick Whittington.
The show will once again be directed by David Lee for Pantoni Pantomimes with choreographer Rita Proctor and musical director Ken Dyer.
Special star will be ventriloquist Nigel Harvey and his trusted companions Ben and Sox.
Dick Whittington will run at the Octagon from Friday, December 11, to Saturday, January 2, next year and will provide all the usual hilarity, music, dancing and comedy hi-jinks associated with panto.
The story tells the tale of a poor boy in the 14th Century who becomes a wealthy merchant and eventually the Lord Mayor of London because of the ‘ratting’ abilities of his cat.
Matinee performances start at 2.30pm and evening shows from 7pm. Tickets are priced £16 for adults and £15 concessions, while family saver tickets for four are priced £50.
Contact the Octagon box office on 01935-422884 for full ticket price details.
Matinee and evening performances will run on December 11-12, December|19-23, December 26-30 and January 2.
There will be matinee performances only on December 14-17, December 24 and December 31, with just one evening show on January 1.
There will be no shows on December 13, December 18 and December 25.
