PEOPLE are being invited to join St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice and local band Hobson’s Choice for a spot of country entertainment.

A real traditional evening of family entertainment will be had on Friday, July 24, at the Lowland Games Marquee at Thorney, Muchelney, near Langport.

There will be a licensed bar and live music from 7pm.

Adult tickets can be purchased for £8 and under-16s £4, while under-five’s go free. All ticket prices will include a Ploughman’s Supper.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from the fundraising office at St Margaret’s on 0845 345 9671.

Alternatively tickets will be available to purchase on the door.

A spokesman said: "Help support your local hospice by enjoying an evening of traditional family entertainment."
