An art exhibition inspired by food has opened at Yeovil Art Space.
Named Feast of Creativity - Welcome Home, the exhibition showcases the collaborative work of local residents and professional artists.
A highlight includes homely dining table decked with linen and ceramics made by community groups.
The exhibition also features photographs reflecting Yeovil's historic shops and restaurants, drawn by Yeovil College students and food-themed drawings by Yeovil Creatives.
Artefacts from South Somerset Heritage Collection, selected by local residents, contribute to a nostalgic ambiance.
Zoe Li, director of Yeovil Art Space said: "The experience of food and eating is something we all share.
"Our aim at Yeovil Art Space is to celebrate our community, share stories and make a creative hub for Yeovil."
'Welcome Home' opened on January 20 with a feast prepared by local groups, showcasing the importance of food in community bonding.
The exhibition runs until March 30.
It is a key part of the wider 'Story of Yeovil' community arts and heritage project, running until March 2024, funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Yeovil Art Space is based in Quedam Shopping Centre, with a venue where visitors can sit on sofas, read books, chat to others, and have a go at making some art themselves.
