A FORMER betting shop premises in Taunton is being converted into a 'mini market'.
Maciej Olesiski, 59, is planning to open the Jaff Mini Market at 80 Station Road.
Work is being carried out inside the building, which used to be a William Hill bookies.
The betting shop closed in November 2019.

Mr Olesiski, who registered as a director of Jaff Mini Market earlier this month, has recently applied to Somerset Council for the grant of a premises licence.
He is looking to win permission to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises between the opening hours of 8am and 11pm seven days a week.
Anyone opposed to the licence can make representations to Somerset Council on the 'object to a licence application' section on the local authority's website or by email to enquiries@somersewestandtaunton.goy.uk by Monday, December 18.
