Rogue performance at the Quicksilver Mail

ECLECTIC all-female band The Rogue Dolls are playing the Quicksilver Mail, Yeovil, on Sunday, June 8.

With a collective musical background in blues, jazz, rock, classical and pop, the five-piece have worked with artists including Steve Winwood, Jools Holland and John Williams.

Ruth, on Hammond Organ, is a former member of chart-toppers Morcheeba, who achieved huge international pop crossover success in 2000 with the single Rome Wasn't Built in a Day.

American vocalist Katya is a highly acclaimed singer and songwriter and guitarist Bridget was winner of TotalGuitars blues guitar competition, as well as being a columnist on guitar techniques.

Bass player Bellatrix is a multi-instrumental prodigy and one of the worlds top female beat boxers and drummer Daisy is a double NCBF Gold Medallist.

The music starts at 9pm and tickets cost £10 advance, £12 on the door.
