RECENT cases dealt with by Sedgemoor Magistrates.
Nigel Walford, 46, of no fixed address, breached an ASBO, one day in prison.
Peter Burrows, 40, of Friarn Street, Bridgwater, drink-driving, £100 fine, £15 compensation, £65 costs, banned from driving for one year (G).
Jake Goulding, 18, of Berrow Road, Burnham, caused £200 damage to a car, one-year conditional discharge, £200 compensation, £20 costs (G); caused £300 damage to two car windows, £300 compensation (G).
Benjamin Weeks, 21, of Dukes Mead, Bridgwater, caused £153 damage to a front door, 12-month community order, £153 compensation, £43 costs (G).
Jacqueline Shears, 36, of Chilton Street, Bridgwater, driving without insurance, £200 fine, £15 compensation, £60 costs (G).
Sean Taylor, 42, of Green Dragon Court, Bridgwater, handling stolen goods, 18-month conditional discharge (G); failed to surrender to bail, 18-month conditional discharge (G); had knife in public place, 18-month conditional discharge; possession of amphetamine, 18-month conditional discharge, £43 costs (G).
Thomas Plunkett, 20, of Horsey Lane, Bridgwater, driving without insurance, £100 fine, £35 costs, £15 compensation, banned from driving for six months (G); driving without a licence, £50 fine (G); no MOT, £50 fine (G).
Christopher Smith, 23, of St Pauls Road, Burnham, driving without insurance, £300 fine, £15 compensation, £60 costs, banned from driving for 56 days.
Pauline Gibson, 54, of Larch Close, Bridgwater, speeding, £100 fine, £35 costs, £15 compensation, banned from driving for six months (G).
