KFC. Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The fast-food chain has been famous for, well, chicken, for decades.

But now, for the first time, KFC has announced it is to list a VEGAN burger on its menu.

The Imposter is a burger developed by KFC alongside Quorn and animal rights group PETA and will be available in selected outlets in London, the Midlands and Bristol from Monday (June 17) - the outlets are listed below.

Introducing the burger, a PETA spokesperson said: "In introducing a vegan option, KFC has recognised that vegan eating is on the rise in the UK – there are reportedly over 3.5 million vegans here, and more and more people are choosing plant-based foods to protect animals and the environment.

"This new offering from KFC will introduce a new audience to vegan foods."
