SHOWCASE: Castle School pupils who performed at the concert in 1999
YOUNG performers at the Castle School showed off their skills during a production in 1999.
The aim of the special concert, held at the Taunton school, was to showcase what pupils could achieve with musical tuition.
The songs provided an opportunity for pupils not usually involved in extra-curricular activities, to perform in public.
Entitled Music in the Making, the show featured youngsters performing jazz, flute and rock and roll pieces, aided by music director Sandra Sutton, right, and accompanist Hilary Boxer, left.
