SYSTEM: Pay on exit parking has been introduced in Taunton
LAST Thursday lunchtime, I entered Canon Street car park and queued with many others for over quarter of an hour to secure a parking place.
Why does this new system let cars enter when there are no spaces free?
In the end, I abandoned my car and asked a lady at the ticket machine if I could follow her back to her car and use her space.
Next week, I will use my bus pass and take Holcombe Rogus' one bus a week into Tiverton on Friday.
