THE driver of this car had a narrow escape after the vehicle ended up in the water.
The image was tweeted by Taunton Police, who had a busy weekend coping with the impact of the storms.

They tweeted: "It’s been a VERY busy and windy day across #Somerset thank you to the members of the public who stopped and helped move fallen trees and to those who were patient whilst roads were closed."
