David Alistair Archer, 51, of no fixed address, made a threatening phone call, eight weeks prison (consecutive), restraining order; assaulted by beating a police sergeant acting in the exercise of his public work, eight weeks prison, £100 compensation. (G).

Dean Anthony Glover, 40, of no fixed address, two counts of theft, 12 months conditional discharge, £114 compensation, £20 victim surcharge. (G).
Luke Reginald Scarley, 26, of East Reach, Taunton, possession of a Class B drug, no separate penalty; breached a suspended sentence order imposed for driving while disqualified, 16 weeks prison suspended for 18 months; breached a community order, extra ten hours unpaid work; failed to comply with a supervision requirement, £20 fine. Paul Adolphus Brown, 66, of Orchard Close, Long Sutton, speeding, £146 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, six months driving ban. (G).
